58pp Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 58pp online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 58pp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 58pp Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the Platform without registering. If you are accessing 58pp on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

58pp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 58pp Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain a 58pp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 58pp Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 58pp, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 58pp or any other gaming operator.

58pp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering a 58pp account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full features of the 58pp Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 58pp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

58pp reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations, we may request supporting documentation such as a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts found to contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any balance held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58pp account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

58pp will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 58pp that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 58pp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your 58pp account. 58pp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Section.

58pp employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use the 58pp Platform at your own risk with respect to security matters beyond our reasonable control.

All financial transactions on the 58pp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 58pp supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to a supported bank account

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the 58pp Platform. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not supported in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 58pp and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your 58pp account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your 58pp account. 58pp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — 58pp does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

58pp reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 58pp will notify you and may request supporting documentation before proceeding.

58pp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 58pp promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 58pp account holders only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 58pp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

58pp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the 58pp Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, card games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

58pp casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

All bets placed on the 58pp Platform are final once confirmed. 58pp will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system malfunction that materially affected the outcome of the game or bet.
• A manifest error in the odds, lines, or game parameters published by 58pp.
• The relevant sporting event or game was cancelled, abandoned, or voided in accordance with the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, 58pp will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58pp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one 58pp account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 58pp immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 58pp Platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 58pp staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

58pp cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and account information may be disclosed as required by law.

58pp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 58pp account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 58pp account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 58pp Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 58pp Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 58pp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 58pp Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 58pp content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 58pp content.
• Use any 58pp trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 58pp Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 58pp intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58pp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 58pp Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or errors.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your 58pp account.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the 58pp Platform.

58pp does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 58pp's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

58pp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

58pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the 58pp Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable investigation or withholding rights set out in these Terms.

These Terms, together with the 58pp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 58pp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
